USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ASK PLATFORM :
These terms and conditions represent a formal agreement (contract) between ASK platform and the customers who use the platform . ASK platform is an electronic platform that acts as an intermediary between service provider and service requester, providing news and advertisements for services .
By registering and using the platform, you agree to this contract and its terms, and accordingly, you should not use the platform if you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this contract ASK platform has the right to modify or change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and it is your responsibility as a user of the platform to review the terms and conditions periodically to know the updates that occur to it .
We also hope to review our Privacy Policy to learn more about how ASK uses information provided to us by users of the Platform .
COMMITMENTS AND WARRANTIES :
1-Having full capacity to contract and that you will not be in violation of any law of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and comply with all applicable laws .
2-Offering correct and accurate information to ASK platform and update it periodically .
3- Review and comply with any notices sent by ASK platform in connection with the use of the services provided by the platform.
4-I will use the services of ASK platform for lawful purposes only and I will not use it to purchase, receive or deliver any prohibited materials or products according to the law and
policy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or for the purpose of fraud.
5- Not use the service or the platform to cause harm, harassment or annoyance to someone, and the platform will not be responsible for misuse, you alone are responsible before the judiciary and any state agency .
6-Accepting to exchange information between companies within the platform regarding your executed operations and evaluating transactions with you .
7-Not impede the proper operation of the platform and not attempt to harm the service or the platform in any way .
8-You will not copy or distribute the Platform or other content without written permission of ASK .
9-Keep the password for your account or any method provided by ASK platform and allowing access to your account in a secure and confidential way .
10-Provide all evidence proving your identity According to estimates of ASK platform, and ASK platform has the right to refuse to provide the service or use the platform without giving reasons .
LICENSE SCOPE :
ASK platform grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sub licensable and non-revocable license to access and use our services solely for your personal purpose (Not for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to ) according to this contract you should
1- Not make the Services available, rent, lease, allocate, resell, distribute or sublicense these Services to any third party.
2- Not modify, translate, summarize or create sub-works that decompile or reverse engineer design of the ASK Platform or otherwise identify, attempt to limit or attempt to access the source code, the internal design of the Services, or any text or multimedia images (images / Audio/Video files ) or data or other information provided by ASK or third party service providers .
3- Not delete, change, or otherwise modify any copyright or other official notice contained in the Services .
4- You will not intentionally transfer or distribute the Services or allow the Services to be downloaded for use other than as specified herein .
5- Do not allow the user name, password, or other access to the ASK service to be shared .
Violation Of Platform’s Policy, Terms And Conditions :
ASK platform has the right to seek to implement any available remedies for any breach of its policies, terms and conditions and controls of the platform without limitation , and has the right to Permanently block access to ASK services and programs without refunding any amounts due, and this is considered a threat of prosecution, defamation or slander .
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS :
All intellectual property rights to this platform and all materials related to it or appearing on it, including any content that you submit or include, and all content uploaded by ASK platform is the property of the owner of ASK platform and he have the right to dispose of this property however he wish and you must not reproduce or allow anyone for any reason to use or reproduce the Services or any trademarks or other trade names appearing in the Services .
PAYMENT :
- ASK has the right to charge new fees for use of the Platform, the Service, or both . If ASK decides to impose a new fee, you will be informed of this and you will be allowed to continue or terminate the contract .
- You must pay the value of the services and purchases to the service provider in cash or through the approved electronic payment methods as soon as the service is provided to you with the option of paying during the provision of the service, and you alone bear the legal responsibility for not paying the value of the services and purchases upon receipt .
- ASK platform does not bear any legal or personal responsibility for paying any money outside the platform’s bank account .
- The service provider has the right to ban the customer in case of non-payment of the value due for the provided service or in case of non-receipt of purchases, knowing that the service provider will not remove the ban on the customer until the payment of the service fees due .
COMPENSATION :
By agreeing to these User Terms and using the Platform or the Service, you agree to defend ASK, its affiliates, its licensors, and each of their officers, directors, other users, employees, attorneys and agents and Not harm them , release them from any claims, costs, damages, losses, responsibilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs). arising out of or related to the following :
1- violations of any provision of these User Conditions or any applicable law or regulations, whether or not referred to in these Terms and Conditions of Use .
2- Violation of any rights of third parties, including service providers or users regulated by the platform .
3- Misuse of the platform or services provided on ASK platform
LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY :
1-Information’s , recommendations and services or any of them provided to you on or through the Website, Service and Application are for general information purposes only and do not constitute any advice.
2-ASK platform will maintain, as much as possible, the correctness , update of the site and application and its contents, but it does not guarantee that the contents of the site or application are free from errors and defects , Malware and viruses and does not guarantee the correctness and accuracy of updating the website and application .
3-ASK is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or application, including damages caused by malware or viruses and also will not be liable for the incorrectness or incompleteness of the information, website or application unless the damage was caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of ASK
4-ASK does not bear any responsibility for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use electronic means of communication with the website or with the application, including but not limited to (Damages resulting from non-delivery of electronic communications, delays in their delivery, interception, tampering with electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and transmission of viruses ) .
5-The responsibility of quality of services rests with you, and ASK does not bear any responsibility in this aspect. ASK has the right to review your performance and accordingly cancel your license.
6-ASK does not accept responsibility for any acts, actions, behavior, omissions, or all of the previous on the part of the service provider .
7-Any complaints about services or others which submitted by customers should be submitted to ASK directly, provided that ASK does not bear any responsibility in this aspect and is only a link between the two parties
EDIT SERVICES :
ASK has the right to do the following at any time :
1-Change the services or any materials related to them or stop publishing their services .
2-If ASK decides to stop publishing its services, it will, of its own accord, replace the services with other materials .
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY :
1-Ask does not make any explicit or implicit guarantees related to the services, they are all provided as is
2-ASK expressly disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent possible in accordance with the law, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, suitability for particular specifications and markets, and merchantability of property rights.
3-ASK does not guarantee the accuracy of the content or timeliness of the Services or the results that may or may not be obtained by the user of the Services .
4-Ask , its agents, licensors or affiliates not liable for special, incidental or consequential damages (Including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profits, business disruption, loss of business information or other financial losses ) directly or indirectly caused by access to the Services .

ASK does not take any responsibility for the content and activities of those websites and cannot be held responsible for them. Therefore, you bear all risks that result from visiting or accessing those websites.
3-Please note that these other sites may send their own profiles to users, collect their data, or request personal information and we recommend that you check the terms of use or privacy policies on those sites before using them.
PERIOD AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT :
The contract between you and ASK is for an unlimited period. You have the right to terminate the contract at any time by permanently deleting the platform on your smartphone. By doing so, your use of the Platform and the Service is disabled .
You can close your user account at any time .
Ask has the right to terminate the contract at any time (disable your use of the Platform and Service)and that when you do the following :
1-Violation or breach of any of the terms of user .
2-If ASK seen that you are abusing the platform or service. Ask is not obligated to send a prior notice of termination of the contract .
ANNULMENT OF ONE OR MORE JUDGMENT :
nvalidity of any provision of these User Conditions does not affect the validity of the other provisions contained therein , In case of any invalid provision in these user conditions or the existence of a provision that is not acceptable in certain circumstances according to the criteria of reasonableness and fairness, and to this only, it works in place of it between the two parties by a judgment that is acceptable taking into account all circumstances and is compatible with the provisions of the invalid condition as much as possible, taking into account the content and purpose of these user conditions
Modification of service and user terms :
ASK reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or replace any of these User Conditions, change, suspend or discontinue the Service or Platform.( Including but not limited to providing any feature, database or content ) at any time , By posting a notice on the site, or by sending a notice to you
through the service, the platform, or via e-mail . ASK may also place limits on certain features and services or limit your access to parts of the Service or the entire Service without notice or liability
NOTICE :
ASK may send you a notice by a general notice about the Service or the Platform, or by sending a mail to your mailing address registered in the account information of ASK, or by sending a letter by regular mail to your address registered in the account information of ASK.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution :
These user terms shall be subject and applied to the settlement of any dispute, claim or dispute arising out of or related to these user terms or any violation thereof, termination, implementation, interpretation, validity or use of site, service or platform of laws and regulations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be interpreted in accordance with it .
